All Giclee prints are made to order by the artist and take 3 – 5 days to complete.
Shipping is done via UPS, DHL, EMS or SF Express and/or its affiliates depending on which country you’re located in. Once your order ships, you’ll receive shipping confirmation via email with your tracking information.
Delivery times might vary based on your postcode and carrier. Usually 7 – 12 days to United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Asia; 7 – 12 days to United Kingdom and Western Europe countries; 10 – 20 days to rest of the world. During busy seasons, such as holidays, it will take longer for your package to arrive. In that case, please order early. If concerned about time frame, please discuss with us other options that might be available to your country before purchasing.
Refund policy
Each Giclee print is made to order by the artist and takes him lots of time to print, pack and ship. All orders are taken care and handled by the artist himself on a case by case basis. As such, we don’t offer returns and exchanges for buyer’s remorse. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 2 days after receiving the order, we’ll resend your order to you ASAP or refund you within one business day.
